Best bet is to check the barrel data codes on the Remington Society of America here:
http://remingtonsociety.com/rsa/questions/barrelcodes
It should be somewhere between 1935-1949
Find the serial number and google the Remington sight. They should have records of when the weapon was produced.
10-350 USD or so
The gun will be date code stamped, check related links to the Remington Society of America for information.
Check the date code on the barrel. See related links for information on the Remington Society of America.
the serial number is not a remington rand serial number. it is a colt commercial 1911. you have a rem-rand slide on a colt frame. sorry.
Your remington model 700 which has a letter A prefix to the serial number, indicates that it was made in 1980.
Post a serial or call Remington.
I don't believe the Remington 512, 511 or 510 have serial numbers
The Remington Wingmaster with the serial number 2039814 was manufactured in 1980. Remington's serial number system can help date their shotguns, and this particular number falls within the range indicating production during that year.
Possible.
Email Remington with the #. They will get back to you.
