The gun was made in 1968
The Browning light weight 12 gauge shotgun was made by FN for browning from 1947-1976.These shotguns were also made by Miroku of Japan from 1976-1998.If you would supply a serial number to your browning shotgun then I would be able to identify the exact year of production.
You will have to call Browning.
You will have to call Browning or provide the serial number.
I would need the type of browning shotgun you are asking about, and a serial number which you did not provide.
My historical references indicate that the Browning light weight (light 12,or light 20) had the gold plated trigger from the time of there introduction. This would be 1947 for the 12 gauge model, and 1958 for the 20 gauge model.
just wanting to know the value of a browning shotgun serial # 37896
Interesting. The serial number would in dicate 1951, but the Light Twelve was introduced in 1952. Is the receiver marked "Light Twelve?" sales@countrygunsmith.net
I would go to browning .com.They have a link to serial numbers on the sight that should help you.
No way to answer without the serial number.
I would need to know the Browning model number besides the serial number to get you any info on your semi-auto browning pistol.
Can't really value with just the sn. Range would be 10-1000 USD
This is a serial number for a Standard weight gun made in 1926. If you have a light 12, there should be a letter above or preceding the number. This information is needed to date your gun.
