Winchester Repeating Arms Company was founded in 1866. It originated from the New Haven Arms Company, which was established in 1856, and was acquired by Oliver Winchester. If it was made by Russell Arms Co.Then it is not a Winchester shotgun.
The Ted Williams 30-30 rifle was manufactured by Winchester Repeating Arms Company. It was sold under the Ted Williams brand at Sears, Roebuck and Co. during the 1960s and 1970s. The rifle is essentially a Winchester Model 94, rebranded for Sears.

B. Tyler Henry was a firearms designer hired by Oliver F. Winchester to help in the redesign of the unsuccessful Volcanic lever action rifle. The rifle we now call the "Henry" was the results. While not completely successful the rifle was a start for the New Haven Repeating Arms Co. which is the company we know today a Winchester.
