Firing pin problem??

To load a shell into the chamber of a Davis P380, first, ensure the firearm is pointed in a safe direction and the safety is on. Pull back the slide to the rear and release it, which will strip a round from the magazine and chamber it. Alternatively, you can manually insert a round into the chamber by pulling back the slide and placing a shell directly into the chamber before releasing the slide. Always follow proper safety protocols when handling firearms.
remove clip. the pull back the slide to remove any shell that might be in the chamber. point weapon away from people while so doing.
Insert a loaded magazine into the magazine well until it clicks in place. Hold the pistol in your firing hand. With your other hand, grasp the serrations on the rear of the slide, pull back, and release. Slide will move forward, chambering a cartridge. Gun is now loaded.
A DOUBLE FEED, RUN SLIDE ALL THE BACK TIGHT, PUSH UP ON FLEX TAB, PULL SECOND ROUND OUT SLIDE THE SLIDE FORWARD TO CHAMBER ROUND.

Bolt removal on this model is fairly straightforward and simple. First work the bolt to the rear as if to chamber a shell. Second pull trigger and continue to pull the bolt to the rear and it will slide out the back of the reciever. To reinstall bolt complete this sequence in reverse.
I'm not terribly sure to be honest but I would take it back to where you got it from and try to return it.
