Depends on the rifle, but MOST .22 rifles re capable of having a laser sight added to them.
Should be a Stevens rifle, but the peep sight would probably be aftermarket. If you can send a digital picture of the rifle and a closeup of the sight we can probably ID it for you. sales@countrygunsmith.net

I own over 50 airguns and rifles. I use a Laserlyte bore sight to initially sight the rifle. They make a sight for .177 to .22 Cal and a .22 to 50 Cal sight. It fits in the end of the barrel. Make sure it's snug when you adjust it and remember to remove it before you fire the rifle. see http://www.laserlyte.com/Laser_Bore_Sighter/LBS-1722-140/index.html

Savage firearms bought Stevens in 1920. Brownells can also supply a generic front sight.
I believe this rifle was imported by Excam. Look on left side of barrel below the rear sight. Is your rifle a semi-auto, take down? I am looking for a magazine for this rifle. Thanks. Wayne Bailey
To adjust the sights on a Cooey Model 60 .22 caliber rifle, first ensure that the rifle is unloaded and safely pointed in a safe direction. The rear sight can typically be adjusted for elevation by moving it up or down, depending on your desired point of impact. For windage adjustments, shift the rear sight left or right to correct the lateral trajectory. Always test your adjustments at a target to ensure accuracy and make further adjustments as necessary.
Sometimes it on the top of the barrel near the rear sight. Sometimes it's on the side of the barrel.
