The best place to find one would be E-bay. Noble was in business from 1959-1972, and closed its doors that year.
There may not be any manuals available, given that it was a mid priced brand, and has been gone for decades. Some of its function is similar to a Winchester pump, and any good gunsmith should be able to show you the basics of cleaning and maintenance.
If you don't have an owner's manual, take it to a gun smith.

I have a 90 MPV and also the shop manual (a real one) and I did not find a reset button in the manual or the vehicle. The later model MPV may have one.
