Several different trade names include the name Witte and were made for Witte Hardware in St Louis from the 1880's to 1920's. Double barrels marked Witte Special were made by J. Stevens A&T Co / J. Stevens Arms after 1914. If your gun actually has the "'s" on the name, it may be something different. Value as a shooter (only if approved by a competent gunsmith) or as a wall decoration would be $150-$250, depending on condition. * Just noticed that this is a 410. Add $50 the top-end price, even more if it is like new.
This is not possible except with an extended magazine and no plug, If you do not have an owner's manual for your shotgun, contact the manufacturer.
That is impossible to determine without knowing the manufacturer and model of the shotgun.

Possible. Not all powders, not all handguns. I use Unique and Green Dot shotgun powders for .38 Special and .45 ACP. The real key is to get a good reloading manual and FOLLOW IT.
