The Model 52A was made until 1937, so production of the 52B should have followed that. Both J. Stevens and Springfield were owned by Savage- you might check with their customer service department.
The Springfield Model 18, a 12-gauge shotgun made by Savage Arms in Chicopee Falls, was produced between the late 1930s and early 1940s. Without a serial number, it's challenging to determine the exact age. Typically, these shotguns can range in value from $150 to $400, depending on their condition and specific features. Always consider consulting a firearms expert or appraiser for a more accurate valuation.

Go to the Springfield Armory web site. Email them the question if you can't find the answer on their web site. * The Springfield Armory won't know anything about a Stevens/Savage rifle manufactured 1933-1939. Look for this .22 single shot S-L-LR bolt action rifle as a Stevens 52B (Springfield was used for a time as a brand name by Stevens/Savage, as was Fox, so it may also show up under those names). It was also sold house branded as a (Montgomery Ward) Wards Western Field model 36. (However, Montgomery Ward also sold the Mossberg model 10 as a Western Field model 36; the Mossberg 10 was made 1933-35.) The Stevens model 52B is included in the 1934 Stevens parts catalogue; it is not included in the Stoeger 1939 Worlds Fair Issue Gun & Sports Catalogue (although the Stevens models 53, 56, 66, and 76 are).
