Patton carried a Colt Single Action Army on his right hip, and a Smith & Wesson .357 Magnum on his left hip.Both pistols had ivory grips. He was also known to carry a Colt .380 in a shoulder holster.(Remember the scene in "Patton", where he climbs down from the second floor during an air raid, and starts shooting at the German airplanes?)
