None. The Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act is the bill which mandated background checks. It doesn't call for the banning of any firearms.

If you mean the "Brady" bill, it did several things; mainly, it required a 5-day waiting period for gun purchases.
The bill enacted in 1994 known as the "Assault Weapons Ban" did expire in 2004. The bill enacted in 1998 that requires background checks when buying guns in a gun shop has not.
the brady bill only stops law abiding people from buying hunting and sporting guns. this is by far one of the worst bills ever to pass. this bs bill stopped me from buying a hunting rifle, i have to wait three days . i have no i repeat no criminal record. as you can see the criminals still get guns. thanks again for not allowing me to purchase a hunting rifle.
