The Charles Daly Miroku shotguns were produced in the late 1970s and 1980s. Miroku, a Japanese manufacturer, made these shotguns under the Charles Daly brand, which is known for high-quality firearms. The specific years can vary depending on the model, but they generally fall within that timeframe.
Older Charles Daly o/u shotguns were mfg. by Miroku in Japan until the mid-70's, when Miroku began mfg. the Citori for Browning. These Charles Daly shotguns are one of the best bargains out there in a quality used o/u shotgun. They can be found for $500 to $700 for a good used 12 ga. with asking prices for higher grade guns in near new condition approaching $1,000. The later ones of Italian mfg. are more expensive, but are also solid guns. As for the Turkish Dalys, I have no experience with them.
No single manufacturer can "purchase the over under shotguns," whatever that means. If you check out their website at www.remington.com , you can find pictures and descriptions of all their firearms currently in production. Many manufacturers make over/unders.
J.T. Randall shotguns were made by Charles Clement who was a Belgium gunmaker from 1886 to 1914.

Remington private labelled some Sportsman 58 shotguns for Wards under the Western Field name, also Savage, and I believe Wards may have arranged for some Italian guns - possibly Breda. sales@countrygunsmith.net

Sotto is how you say under in Italian.
A gunsmith or the manufacturer of the gun. Most dealers will refer firearm problems to the manufacturer or the gunsmith. Depending on the brand of your gun, some manufacturers will offer a lifetime warranty
Over Under, Side by Side, single shot.
Both Crescent and J Stevens made shotguns under that name at @ the turn of the century and a few decades either way.
Many Beretta shotguns feature chrome-lined barrels, which provide increased durability and resistance to corrosion, as well as easier cleaning. However, not all models may have this feature, so it's essential to check the specifications for the specific model you are interested in. Chrome lining is particularly common in their semi-automatic and over-and-under shotguns. Always refer to the manufacturer's details for accurate information on barrel construction.
