Well, no- and no. Revelation was the brand named used on firearms made for the Western Auto Company. They got out of the gun business, and then out of business- period. So, no, no one makes ANY Revelation firearm. I THINK your rifle was a Marlin 99, and the Marlin 99 has been out of production since about 1978.
If your model 120 is a semi auto 22 rifle, it is a Marlin 99, made for Western Auto under their brand. Depending on condition, $100-$125. Serial numbers wre not required on rifles and shotguns until 1968. MANY guns made before that date never had a SN, and yes, it is legal. REMOVING a serial number is NOT.
