Ideal shotguns were manufactured by the Ideal Gun Company, which was based in the United States. Established in the early 20th century, the company produced a variety of shotguns, particularly known for their craftsmanship and quality. The Ideal Gun Company was later absorbed by other firearm manufacturers, but their shotguns remain sought after by collectors today.
Side-by-side shotguns are still manufactured.
