most likely you have the actual bolt traveling to slow so you need to check the recoil spring for kinks or bends, or just plain wore out as they like to get that way sometimes, then while your there look on the inside on the reciver to see if the bolt has been rubbing to much or anything along the lines of it building up excessive heat and wear spots , if they are preasent you may want to polish the bold (not the handle) up some with very very fine emery cloth but DO NOT take a belt sander to it or think more is better its not you just want a nice smooth finish then relube (dont over lube other wise it will jam anyway) re assemble and test
