The only way to answer this question is to have some history on the gun, how old is it? Do you thoroughly clean each time you hunt with it? What kind of ammo does it jam with? Does it jam with all ammo types, the reason for each of the questions is that it is likely to have 1 of 3-4 problems, 1 if its dirty, major problem, CD shotguns have to be kept religiously clean to function properly, scrub the all powder residue off the mag tube slide with steel wool, check the o ring, scars or a broken o ring maybe your problem. 2 If the gun is old, its likely to have one of 2 springs weakened, action spring, ramp spring , are you absolutely 100% sure that your gun is assembled right? I bought a semi auto 3.5" maxi mag from a guy that assumed it was junk (unreliable). The action retarder was in it backwards, after a good cleaning and assembled properly with light oil on it, it shoots fine, It's now one of my favorite guns. There are assembly pictures of every shotgun they sell and all parts can be ordered through charlesdaly.com. Also every CD gun sold has a lifetime warranty, they will repair and replace all parts or fix problems as long as the gun is not abused or modified. BTW not cleaning is abuse so don't send them a filthy gun cause they may not warranty it. If you did not mail in the warranty card, no worries you can register your warranty on their website.
