The buffer may have denigrated and the inner parts are out of alignment
Your hand might be broke or bent. Check with a gunsmith.

This is a bolt action rifle, meaning you need to pull the bolt back for every shot. The bolt handle should be on the right side of the gun, push it up until it wont go any higher and then pull it back towards you until it wont go any further (note: the bolt pull on this gun is kind of stiff). Then simply push the bolt back forward to it's original position and push it down again. Check to make sure the safety is not on and pull the trigger.
Try pulling out the spark plug and clearing the cylinder
it might not come out because there probably wont be one.
pull the carpet from the footwell you will see the bottom of the blower pull the black wire off it will stop the fan dont try to put a switch in here as the current is to heavy you can use a relay with a neg trigger to activate fan from a remote switch
You're going to need the services of a competent gunsmith for this one.
