You have what is marked as a model 24 Remington pump action 22 rifle with a magazine but can not find in books any ideas?
Well that's really odd I'd love to see a picture of that, it has to be a REAL gunsmith special...
The Model 24 is a semi-auto 22 with a magazine tube in the butt stock. In that vintage the the Remington pump 22 would be a model 12 or if newer a model 121 both with a tube magazine under the barrel.
Having a collection of 12s,121s, and 24's other then taking a very old (pre marked) model 12 and stamping it as a model 24, I just don't see how those two guns could have be "mixed".
