Depending on the quality of the trampoline. Some of the cheaper trampolines use PVC for their pads and they crack easily in the winter. An excessive amount amount of snow, espescially wet snow may also stretch the springs. Be sure to clear off snow if you notice the mat sagging. Also do NOT use a snow shovel to do this as it may damage the mat. Using a broom usually works..
