Why igloo is made up of snow?

Because there isn't exactly a profusion of lumber stores around where igloos are built, and they are only meant to be of a temporary nature anyway. Also when they eventually melt, there is no waste material to be disposed of.

Snow is a good insulator, eskimos move around alot while hunting. Snow is plentiful, and sleds don't have room for packing tents.
