If I understand your question correctly you are asking what treaty formally ended the war (World War I) in 1918. There was NO treaty that ended the war in that year (1918). There, however, was an armistice (staring 11NOV1918) that ended the fighting on the Western Front, the only remaining front in the war (more about the Eastern Front in a minute) and so ended the war.
