Appeasement in today's society may not be effective due to the complexities of global politics and the heightened awareness of human rights issues. While it can temporarily ease tensions, it often emboldens aggressors and undermines long-term stability. Modern communication and social media also mean that actions are scrutinized more than ever, making it difficult for governments to justify concessions. Ultimately, a balance of diplomacy and firm stances is likely more effective than outright appeasement.
The policy of appeasement aimed to maintain peace in Europe by conceding to some of the demands of aggressive powers, particularly Nazi Germany, in hopes of avoiding another large-scale conflict like World War I. Key figures, such as British Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain, believed that satisfying Hitler's territorial ambitions would stabilize the region. However, the policy ultimately failed, as it emboldened aggressive nations and contributed to the outbreak of World War II when Germany invaded Poland in 1939.

Prior to World War II, Britain tried a strategy of appeasement with Hitler. It didn't work, and Hitler ended up taking Austria and Czechoslovakia.
The idea of appeasing your enemy to keep him at arms length away from you is a good idea in theory to protect yourself. But, enemies do not always stay appeased. Appeasement does not really work if the enemy is not appeased as in the case of Adolf Hitler. He went against every nation that tried the appeasement tactic with him.
Child labour is a Curse to society as if somebody would force a child to do work then the name of its society would go down and the child would also feel bad and unsafe in that society and may leave that society , so we should take care that we never force a child to work and never allow someone to do so.
Hardly, the blitzkreig hunger to conquer broke that tactic.
