It depends, in some cases yes because often Mary I is called Mary Tudor but sometimes Mary Tudor may refer to Henry VIII's younger sister. Check dates and events around the Mary Tudor and you should be able to work out which one it is talking about.

yes indeed they are . Currently Nepalese crew are working in different cruise ships in variety of jobs . There are several cruise agencies in kathmandu providing ships jobs.

I don't know specifically about the 1500's but the crew on a tall ship in the 18th Century would include a first mate, boatswain, ship's carpenter, pursar to name a few. There are more but I am researching the topic myself. This is what I have found so far.
