If u mean which builder it is Khufu he build the first complete pyramid ,pyramid of Giza
Pyramids were created in a series of stages. First were square, house like tombs that the bodies were buried beneith. Then a pharoah named Djoser decided he wanted something bigger and better. He told his architect, Imhotep, to build him something better. Imhotep created a step pyramid, which consisted of seven steps. After Djoser were a few more step pyramids. Then a pharoah decided he wanted what we call now as a true pyramid. Unfortunately angle of the pyramid was too steep and the structure became unstable halfway, so the angle was shallowed and it became a bent pyramid. After that, the first true pyramid was built, the Great Pyramid of Giza for a pharoah named Khufu (Cheops in Greek).
The original tombs were rectangles, known as bastabas. The dead were buried beneath them. Soon, the rectangle was changed to pyramids. Later tombs were dug beneath the ground with no particular shape.
