Any country and civilization in the world practiced slavery.
If they didn't, they had very different reasons for it than "we don't want to keep our fellow men in bondage". That argument is pretty recent (less than half a millennium). Societies who were/are nomadic or on a subsistence level don't need slaves. The cost of keeping slaves (feeding them) is higher than their yield.
Most, if not all, countries have been associated with slavery, in some form, at one time or another.
The last two countries to abolish slavery were Mauritania, which officially ended slavery in 1981, but did not criminalize it until 2007, and Sudan, which abolished slavery in 2005. Despite formal abolishment, both countries have faced challenges with ongoing practices of slavery and human trafficking.

Mauritania made slavery a crime in 2007 and Niger made it a crime in 2003.
It would be easier if you asked what countries did not have a period of Slavery. Virtually every country or the area that is now a particular country had used Slaves at some time in the past.
Slavery has been around since the stone age, in fact there were proably slaves long before there were any countries.

It's illegal in most countries.
Slavery in most of Latin America ended in the mid to late 19th century, with countries such as Brazil abolishing slavery in 1888. Some countries had already abolished slavery earlier, such as Mexico in 1829.
The two countries that outlawed slavery during the Industrial Revolution were England and France. England passed the Slavery Abolition Act in 1833, which abolished slavery in the British Empire. Similarly, France abolished slavery in its colonies through the Law of 1848.
Yes slavery was and still is an issue in many countries (both legal and illegal).
