the deadly war
the countries had dug trenches (a long narrow ditch) to avoid enemy fire however most people who was involved in the war had not died from each but died from diseases, the trenches were horrible rats lived there and many people died there. world war 1 was the worst war.
The worst depression in recorded history would be the 1929 Wall Street Crash followed by the Great Depression of the 1930s. The United States for example only really recovered from the Crash because of armament productions in World War 2.

There is no worst, or bes, name. It is a matter of personal preference. But I really think the worst name is the devils name. (shudder)
World War I and II were both terrible.World War II was worse casualty wise and was way more widespread across the globe. On the other hand WWI soldiers had terrible conditions, gas, death from machine guns, the trenches. Everything was terrible for the life of a soldier in WWI on the other hand WWII had more casualties and more widespread effects.
