Poor people need help because they do not earn as much as the society or community is earning, they need help to feed their children and give them the education that we all require, they need help with their financial situations as they don't want to die of severe injuries or illnesses they would like to get these things treated, they need help so they can get shelter and clothes so they wont have to live on the streets in severe weather conditions or the occurence of natural hazards. =D
