All new brake parts on fiat 124 will not bleed?

You need to have the jackstands on the rear axle and at normal ride hight. The 124 has a primitive very simple brake compensator that proportionally shuts off the brake pressure to the rear wheels as the car shifts weight from rear to front under braking.
