Yes even tho he makes it clear he doesnt in Sunset: at the gathering. He still does.I believe he does, though not as strongly. I think he just mated with Nightcloud to show that he was loyal to Windclan and to show Leafpool that he had moved on even though he hadn't.

I think that Crowfeather still has great feelings for Leafpool. I think that he just said those words at the gathering because he was trying to be loyal to his mate and his clan. Accourding to Star Clan, Leafpool still has a destiny unlike any other medicine cat before her. Crowfeather may still be part of it. But if he truly does let Leafpool go, he may loose all happiness for himself.

HE IS SO MADLY IN LOVE WITH HER!!!! He tries to convince everyone at the gathering but when i read it it was NOY CONVINCING. Crowfeather loves Leafpool SO much he can't stand it. Even when he looks at Nightcloud and/or Breezepelt it makes him mad. BOTTOM LINE: He is still mad at Leafpool but he still loves her very VERY much.
