no one had siblings as vampires before being adopted into the Cullen family. Alice had a human sibling before she was turned into a vampire. a younger sister. (she doesn't discover this until one of the sequels, not sure which one). She has a niece who is living. The books don't mention any other siblings for the other Cullens or the Hales

Well I don't think they describe her as hyper. Jessica describes her as really weird. Edward seems a little emarrased by her friendiness. But yeah that's one way they think of her!
