Some speak it naturally and fluently, without one moment's effort. One person with prodigious gifts in jibberish is Alan Greenspan, Chairman of the Federal Reserve from 1987 to 2006. A popular dialect of jibbgerish: subterfuge.

Listen to recordings of Greenspan, or some other popular speaker whose speeches you find unintelligible. Chances are no one else understands them either. Don't try to understand them. Look for elegant grammar constructions and 50 cent words. Before long, you will get the hang of it.
