How did Ferncloud die?

She was killed by Blackstar in the battle in the Last Hope. He bites her throat and she died in front of her kits (i think they were hers but they didnt even act suprised when she died, like they thought she was sleeping..) before dustpelt arrives.

Don't be mean! As of the latest book (Night whispers) Ferncloud has not died yet. Don't forget Dustpelt will probaly die before her because he was a warrior when she was an apprentice and he might die in battle but Ferncloud won't because she helps the queens with their kits

Ferncloud died during the battle against the Dark Forest in "The Last Hope" due to severe injuries sustained in battle. She fought bravely alongside her Clanmates to defend ThunderClan, ultimately giving her life to protect her family and home.
