It reportedly took Stephenie Meyer three months to write what would become the book "Twilight." She was inspired to write the novel after a dream she had on June 2, 2003 about a human girl and a vampire who were in love. From that dream, she wrote out what happened, which would later become Chapter 13 in the completed book and then within 3 months, she completed the novel. Of course it had to undergo editing, reviews, etc, after that before being published, but it only took a matter of 3 to 4 months for her to write the novel.
The paperback version, including the epilogue, is 498 pages. Without the epiloge, it is 480 pages long.
Before she wrote it.OK I don't, but not long before she wrote it!
It took about 5 years for her to write all of them
Not long enough. It was never properly drafted.
No, Stephenie Meyer has stated that she is finished with the Twilight Saga, and will be moving on to other books. She said that if she does still work within her Twilight world, it won't be for a long time. She plans to re-write the series from Edward Cullen's point of view and started word on Midnight Sun which is Twilight from his view, but after it was leaked online she postponed the re-write indefinitely.
Stephenie Meyer's cameo in the "Twilight" movie can be seen at the diner in the scene where Bella and her father are eating. She is the woman sitting at the bar in the background with a green jacket and long, dark hair.
