Only 3 of the books are less than 200 pages. I am a slow reader myself, but I was reading them for fun, and I read 40ish pages in about 25 minutes. If you are reading them for school, and you don't get interested in books very easily, you will. These are a fast read, easy to understand, and you won't want to put them down.

The book "The Man Who Liked Slow Tomatoes" by K.C. Constantine has 244 pages.

The average reading speed for a slow reader is between 200 and 300 words per minute (let's decide on 250 wpm). The King James version of the Bible (both Old and New Testaments) contains 774746 words. This means that it would take 774746 / 250 minutes to read. This is equal to 3099 minutes or nearly 52 hours, or just over 2 days if you read nonstop. However, based on two hours reading per day, you could get through the bible in 26 days or just under a month.
