How old do you have to be in order to become a bartender in IL?

In all 50 states, one has to be 21 years old in order to serve (at a bar), sell, mix, drink and/or purchase alcohol. You are only allowed to serve alcohol to patrons at a restaurant if you are at least 18 years old; again, 21 to be a bartender though.
