Combined with a little bit of science and a little bit of personal experience, I would like to tell you why we should keep smiling. I totally believe that a true smile is the best way to keep you in a good mood.

A smile is a way of showing your happiness, love, friendliness, appreciation and kindness. When you are feeling down, seeing someone smile can lighten your day, can lift your heart and make you feel better and probably have a better day ahead .A smile is probably one of the simplest of cures for anything in this world such as broken confidence, broken dreams, and even a broken heart.

Watching someone smile is contagious, and you almost involuntarily tend to smile back at the person you saw smiling. In part this could be to do with mirror neurons found in the body.Mirror neurons are those that send out same signals when the body is subjected to a stimulus, and even when that organism sees another organism being subjected to the same stimulus. And that is probably why when you see someone yawn, you yawn too, and while you see someone smile or laugh, you smile or laugh too.

It takes less muscles to smile than to frown! If you don't want wrinkles and want to look younger, you have to smile more and frown less.

Well, there are many things in a smile. It might only be a short word but it means a lot if we remove the letter 'S' from the spelling of smile and it becomes a mile. So after knowing the importance of smile, everyone of us should make sure to give our million dollars smile as of ten as possible.
