How was Piggy killed?

Piggy Gets really badly injured in a freak coconut shower. After he is declared unable to partake in any physical activity he is left for dead and used only for pleasure. Eventually piggy can't handle all the pressure and runs away in search of food. When i say run i actually mean waddle. He never finds food but he does find a tribe of Umpa-lumpas where become chief tester. But one day they catch piggy trying to send the secret Wonka secret to the Russians who intent to exploit it and use it to capture small kids who they can then train up to become spies. After he gets caught, piggy moves back to England via the boat dock which was located at the end of the island all along. In England he lived to a good age and adopts various children. At the age of 68 he decides to under go a sex change because he is no longer happy with how he looks. Unfortunately the surgery went wrong and they attached a breast to his head. The silicone from the implant leaked into the brain and cause a slow and rather painful death.

Piggy died on the day that he and Ralph went to Castle Rock to demand the return of Piggy's glasses. This was the day before Ralph was hunted, the island is set on fire and the boys were eventually rescued. Roger levered a boulder from the top of castle rock. The boulder struck Piggy a glancing blow, from chin to knee, which smashed the conch into a "thousand white fragments." Piggy travelled sideways through the air, turning over as he went. Piggy fell forty feet and landed, on his back, on the square rock in the sea. "His head opened and stuff came out and turned red. Piggy's arms and legs twitched a bit, like a pig's after it has been killed."
