She will become a Vampire in 3 days. Yes there is pain, it feels like you are burning from the inside out because the venom is healing her and turning her blood to venom. She will be stronger than Emmett for about a year because the venom absorbs blood hidden in the tissues. After that she will have normal Vampire strength.
