oh well Zach never kisses her and they meet everywhere. he still acts like he likes her but he never tells her anything but be careful

Yes, Zach returns in "Don't Judge a Girl by Her Cover" as Cammie's love interest and plays a significant role in the story's development.
yes he is. cammie runs into him when she is on a "field trip" with her class. she talks with him under some bleachers. later, she notices that she has seen him earlier but he was in disguise. she follows him and talks to him the second time she sees him in disguise. he's also in roseville when cammie sneaks out and he's there near the end when cammie fights the bad guys. however, there isn't much romance between them and his interest in cammie is a little fuzzy - at least, to me.

I think that the question should be "Do you think Josh and Cammie get back together in the Gallagher Girl Book 4?" Which the answer I THINK would be no...First because in "Don't judge a girl by her cover" Cammie was starting to feel something for Zach, she had him in her mind, second , Josh is still a normal boy and their relationship was starting to be forgotten also in GG3...third and last, I think that if the author created Zach was for Cammie to get involved with someone else...and anyway, as explained by Cammie in GG2, Zach was the one who knew her, and she knew that Josh knew a lie 'bout her...a cover...but the only one that knows the answer to your specific question is the same Ally Carter....updateted to say: Josh and Cammie do not get back together in book 4.
well, at first it starts off with Cammie and Macy together because Macy's dad is running for vice president of America. they get attacked by a bunch of people and everyone thinks they're after Macy so they get a secret agent to look after her who turns out to be Cammie's auntie Abby. Macy finds out the reason why she got admitted at Gallagher and runs off to Mr Solomons house and Cammie, Liz and Bex go to save her. in the end Zac comes back to talk to Cammie (eventhough they have seen each other like twice before) while they are talking Macy comes out to see Cammie and they attacked again but this time the bad people shoot aunt Abby and the Gallagher girls find out the bad people are not after Macy they are after Cammie. Zac doesn't kiss Cammie but in some ways he shows he cares about her because he stalks her and tells her to be careful. PS. i tried not to ruin it cause that's not even half the story line
