I'm not really sure because it's only the second season of the TV SHOW . But up till Episode Four of Season Two ; they find out that Isobel , Elena's mother , was turned into a vampire by Damon . Caroline was killed by Katherine while she had Damon's blood in her system and was turned by drinking a blood bag at the hospital . Vicki Donavon was turned by Damon because of his thirst and boredom but was killed by Stefen . That's pretty much it . . . ! Oh , and Jeremy , Elena's brother tries to become a vampire but fails .In the book series however , Elena becomes a vampire and then dies and then comes back to life as a half angel thingg .Hope it wasn't too vaguee . . (:
Yeah, she does. Don't know when, tho. Have you read the books??
