Yes, while Percy himself isn't mentioned, towards the beginning of the book Amos Kane states that there are other gods in Manhattan that should remain separate from the Egyptian gods. He says this while looking at the Empire State Building. Additionally, later on Thoth mentions having met Hermes. Both of these parts are references to the Percy Jackson series. Also in the second book "the throne of fire" Carter is on his balcony and looks out across the water and mentions when uncle Amos said the afore mentioned statements. He goes on to say that, even though Sadie thinks hes mad, he once saw a flying horse across the water, Pegasus perhaps, maybe Black Jack.
