Yes, as long as the kid is mature enough to understand Nico's, um, situation. He doesn't like like Percy, as a young kid he admired him and wanted to be like him. Cupid messed with him. In other areas, there is non graphic violence, no swearing, and typical who-likes-who and kissing between teenage couples like you would see on Disney Channel. No drugs, drinking, or anything. People, it's a children's book! BTW (Spoiler Alert), Nico will most likely end up with Reyna, (A GIRL!).
