In the book The Lord of the Flies by chapter 9 Ralph, Piggy, and the twins are the people who have not joined Jack's group. After the twins are captured and Piggy is killed that leaves Ralph as the one person who is not a part of Jack's tribe.
Simon retrieved Piggy's glasses for him, after they had fallen onto the rocks as a result of Jack punching Piggy.
Jack steals Piggy's glasses in Chapter 4 of "Lord of the Flies," which varies depending on the edition and formatting of the book. You can find this scene towards the end of the chapter where Jack and his tribe raid Ralph's camp for the glasses.
In "Lord of the Flies," Jack expresses his belief that Piggy doesn't have the right to speak and that he shouldn't be chief in Chapter 1. This demonstrates Jack's early disdain for Piggy and his desire to assert his dominance over the group.

Jack orders the boys to kill Piggy and Ralf.
Because in the end of the chapter, Jack's tribe attacks Ralphs tribe. Piggy thought they were after the conch (The Shell) but instead, they stole Piggy's glasses for fire usage (The Glasses)
When Jack refused to give any meat to Piggy, Simon passed his meat to Piggy. Jack then cut of a "huge chunk" of meat which he thrust at Simon saying, "eat d***you."
