Samneric don't forget Ralph. They are loyal to him right up until their capture on the causeway when Ralph and Piggy demand the return of Piggy's glasses. Even after being forced to join Jack's tribe Samneric warned Ralph of Jack's plans and gave meat to Ralph. The inference is that they only disclosed Ralph's hiding place under torture and at no time is there any reference to them forgetting him.

Sam and Eric initially follow Jack's orders and inform him of Ralph's arrival. However, they struggle with their loyalty to Ralph and end up warning him about Jack's intentions to hunt him. They ultimately help Ralph escape from Castle Rock.
Sam and Eric warn Ralph that Jack and the others are going to hunt him tomorrow. There for they are going to kill him
Ralph finds out from Sam & Eric that Ralph will be hunted down by Jack's tribe and Roger will "sharpen a stick at both ends". That could mean that Jack's wants Ralph's head, or something symobic like the harm done onto another causes harm to oneself.
nothing beside help and support
Piggy, Sam and Eric were the only big kids who remained with Ralph in The Lord of the Flies. Ralph realizes that they are the only ones left after the fire.
Yes, Sam and Eric did reveal Ralph's hiding place to Jack's tribe out of fear and pressure from the other boys. This act ultimately led to Ralph's capture and near-death experience in "Lord of the Flies" by William Golding.
