well he doesn't really have a fav food but his favorite thing to hunt are lions. he talks about how people (or well not people but his vampire family )said that he hunts like a lion also. and if you've read the twilight saga he mentions lions several times.

∙ 12y agoin the book edward first tells Bella that everyone has a different flavour like some people prefer different ice cream, he then explains to Bella that he is like a recovering alcoholic. that if you placed that alcoholic in a room of stale beer he can drink it but could resist if he wanted. but if he was confronted with a 100yr old brandy, the rarest, finest cognac with its warm aroma then it would be difficult to resist. here edward is trying to show that he is the alcoholic and Bella would be the brandy.
After this he says that a better way to explain would be if as he was a heroin addict instead and that Bella would be his extact brand of heroin.
in the film version of twilight edward says that his diet would be like a human living on tofu, keeps you strong but doesn't satsify you
