In Breaking Dawn, Bella asks for Rosalie's help with her pregnancy and she agrees, though when the Cullens find out that Bella is dying, Rosalie tells her to stay alive to have the baby so that Rosalie can have it for herself. She doesn't care whether Bella stays alive or not, so long as she can care for and mother Bella's baby because Rosalie would trade anything, even Emmett, to be a human again and have a baby.
