it is about Luce and Daniel again (obviously)
and Daniel has sent Luce to this other school called "shoreline" which has loads of nephilim kids in (kids that have angel in there blood but none of them have wings)
and she isn't supposed to be seeing Daniel but now and again he goes and visits her but nearly every time they see each other is ends in an argument. Luce also figures out how to watch what the announcers(shadows) have seen because their gossips and she tries to figure out more about her past and she meets a guy called miles and he shows her how to travel by the announcers and she also kisses him when she doesn't realise that Daniel is watching and he isn't very happy. For Thanksgiving she gets to go home to her parents house and they all go: Miles, Shelby, arraine, Roland, cam, Daniel, Gabi, and Callie. fun fun
and then on thanks giving her parents go for a walk with the dog and "the outcasts" find them and then Luce finds a random announcer and travels to who knows where and Daniel tries to find her ......... THE END
