the conflict in Bridge to Terabithia is that after Leslie and Jesse make a great friendship, and after theymake Terabithia, one Saturday Jesse gets a call from his fave teacher asking him if he wants 2 go with her to a big painting museum. Jesse loves painting, gets his sleepy mom's still-asleep-not-paying-attention permission, then goes, not wanting to invite Leslie. when he gets back he finds out that Leslie drowned in the river you have to cross to get into Terabithia. sad story, but my fave movie.
