William Golding means Ralph is crying over a piggy and not a simond. This is from a book called Lord of the Flies.
In this quote, William Golding is suggesting that Ralph should be mourning the loss of Simon, who represented spiritual enlightenment and innate goodness. Instead, Ralph is crying for Piggy, who symbolized rationality and order. Golding is highlighting the contrast between worldly concerns (Piggy's death) and deeper, more spiritual themes (Simon's death) in the novel "Lord of the Flies."
I gather you are not talking about William Shakespeare the playwright who died in 1616. You should probably specify which William Shakespeare you are talking about if you are not talking about the obvious one.

One quote related to hunting in "Lord of the Flies" is: "The desire to squeeze and hurt was over-mastering." (Chapter 4). This quote reflects the boys' increasing savagery while hunting. Additionally, the phrase "Kill the pig. Cut her throat. Spill her blood." (Chapter 4) symbolizes the hunters' descent into barbarity as they become consumed by their primal instincts.
Lord of the flies is about a group of kids stranded on an island and they are rying to get rescued when all of a sudden one of the younger boys thinks they saw a monster then the whole book is about the boys trying to get rescued and trying to find and kill the monster and stay alive.... 2 people die and one is missing im not gonna ruin it though
You should fertilize a weeping cherry tree in early spring with a slow release fertilizer. The tree can be pruned at the same time.

That line is from the book "Lord of the Flies" by William Golding. It is spoken by Piggy, one of the characters in the novel, in reference to the boys' struggle for power and leadership. Piggy is trying to assert his own authority by stating that the others should have listened to him about the conch, a symbol of order and civilized behavior on the island.
Umm... I don't think your TV should be talking AT ALL.
There is technically no difference, but I would use them slightly differently. The first would be that one should not start talking, the second would be the thought that someone talking should not be. The doctor said she should not talk. The terrible things she said made him think she should not be talking.
You can reply with "Likewise, it was great talking to you too."
