About the same time as someone realized the difference from FICTION to REALITY
At midnight.
Definitely not at Midnight plus a minute on June 10 2011. Don't expect it before the afternoon PST or early evening EST
midnight
The time from 11 PM to 7 AM is 8 hours. This period spans from the evening of one day to the morning of the next day. To calculate, you count the hours from 11 PM to midnight (1 hour) and then from midnight to 7 AM (7 hours), totaling 8 hours.
Evening time
Is is noon (or mid-day)
No. The koala's most active time is during the early morning, and around dusk and early evening. They are more active throughout the night than during the day.
The opposite of "tonight" is "this morning" or "daytime," as they refer to the period of time when it is light outside, in contrast to the evening and nighttime hours. "Tonight" specifically denotes the night that follows the current day, while "this morning" refers to the time after midnight until noon of the same day.
The date will change at midnight, so midnight is the start of a new day. But this is debatable and ambiguous - when people refer to midnight, they could very mean the end of the day - 24:00 rather than 00:00 "The party starts tomorrow at midnight" could very likely be meant and understood as (it starts tomorrow in the late evening, just after 23:59, or just after 11:59pm)
Midnight
The statutory holiday of Canada Day is July 1st, in its entirety (i.e.: Midnight to Midnight).
