None of the warriors books are 'real' if you mean that you think the cats do exist, then no. But the book, Sunrise is real.
There is no such thing as a "warriors prophecy"; that is only the title of the books.
Warriors is amazing. Though I find a few mistakes like how russetfur is on every shadowclan patrol, warrior cats have gotten me hooked and I can't wait for new books. :)
